The costs in this case now remaining for consideration are whether the Macao authority, who were both the prosecutor and the defendant (or rather plaintiff) and the private prosecutor, should be called upon for repayment of the expenses.
I agree with Sir R. MacDonnell in thinking that it is undesirable to press the claim, as it would be difficult to satisfactorily settle.
